The saffron festival, highlight of the autumn
Every autumn, at harvest time, Taliouine celebrates its saffron: a cooperative fair, talks and music. Around the guesthouse, it is also the season when the flowers are picked at dawn. Everything about the festival and the harvest is on our page Taliouine saffron.

After a day of celebrations, come back to the calm of the village: rooms are offered on a half-board basis, with dinner and breakfast included, and Saïd's saffron cooking. The guesthouse welcomes guests by reservation only: book as soon as you know your dates.

When is the Taliouine saffron festival?
In autumn, at harvest time: recent editions took place in November. Each year's dates are announced by the organisers; as soon as they are known, they are on our events page.
